Please note estimated shipping times include processing time at the warehouse and are calculated from the date the order is placed. You may receive a next day delivery dispatch email as late as 12:30am on the day your delivery is expected.

If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check your email for your order invoice. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items, please contact us ASAP here. (add url later)

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Myohmyfashion. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office, so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.


We do deliver to PO Boxes & BFPO addresses. If you choose to have your goods delivered to a BFPO address, please remember to enter your BFPO and code number e.g. BFPO 1234 into the postcode field. You must also select the SAVER delivery option at checkout, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes/BFPO addresses on Next Day. For more information click here.

We understand sometimes you may change your mind! So, we’ve changed the way we process orders around you. We are able to cancel and amend orders within 15 minutes of you placing the order. Please contact us here right away to amend an order you have placed.

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our Back In Stock section as we are constantly updating it! Fortunately our Customer Service team are able to help with stock queries, so checking with them here is your best bet!

Due to the huge popularity of our items and the fast fashion nature of our business, items are prone to selling out quickly.

We often restock popular items, so please register for the 'Email When Available' or “Text When Available” notifications on the product page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


It’s super easy, just click here to get started with your return(s). 

Please use this link to start your return(s). You will need a few details which can all be found on your order confirmation email or text. Once you’ve submitted a returns request, our team will be working on it ASAP. Once it’s approved, all the instructions on how and where to send your parcel will all be sent by email.

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to 7 days for the funds to be in your bank. After you have returned your item(s) to us, if you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning the item(s), please contact us to sort this!


Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. This is due to the fast-fashion structure of our business meaning that items often quickly go out of stock.

You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To avoid disappointment and the item selling out, please place an order for a new item ASAP. 

Free returns are coming soon but for now they cost £4. Your delivery charge will not be refunded. We make returns extra easy and efficient hence the small charge here.
